Ana Clive ma OLD BOY in the truest sense. Muri vanhu vakare! I mean, who is Dennis Wilson? And who listened to reggae in school? Well ini I was at Kutama from 1994-1997. Believe it or not due to some admin mistakes I had three houses! I wore a Chichester uniform, lived amongst Patrick people and my official house was Champagnat. Of these I considered Chichester my beloved house. I still went for victory picnics (kunyama) with the other two houses though.
We didn't listen to reggae, we listened to ragga but rap/r n' b were just starting to infiltrate by the time I left. We used to have ma 'clash' kuma hostel. Self styled DJs usually named after a ragga great showing off their skills. I remember and respect the following, in order of kugona: Choko (91-94), Lt Stichie aka Hood (91-94), Force Commando (94-97), Ninja Man (94-97) RIP Govern Makora! There were lots more!

Its good to have a forum like this kuti tilinke-up nelong lost boys dzepaMISSION. I'm surprised kuti hapana boys ranguwo from (89-92). Names like Gwinyai 'simbi' chikoore, Paul Chirenda, Paul Kutama, Mukandatsama, Shepherd Mandishona, Maswera the list goes on man. Ini ndaispaka munyaya yeSoccer and ndichiri kuspaka even muno muUK. I was representing KuZim-Festival in London end of August 2007. Those who were paCollege around that time would remember Marshal 'debbie debbie' Manangazira. Me deh still 15years down the road. Shocked to hear kuti vapfana vepamission lost the plot vaakuita 'ATTEMPTED MURDER' on War Vet. Mr MAPUPA. Ana Gela and Nzungu makamboti tomudzawo kuMission. During my time Patrick House used to RUN the show necharacters like ana Kazingizi, Kenso Pswarai, Kanyangarara Artmore, Emmanuel Msindo, Regai Marandure, Chipangura, ADOLA, Tawanda MUSOJA Moyo, Wonderson Sekeni....... that was the HOUSE surely.
